- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This doctors office staff sucks! Especially billing and however they file insurance. They were so lazy when I seen them on 4/6/17!. I could not remember the primary holder date of birth and the girl at the front Nienna would not call or take anything else. They have no signal for you to make a call and she just looked at me and didn't even scan anything. I left and my son threw up later so I called telling them I need them to call in something but of course who I get wants to argue about what happened and how I could of handled it differently. Instead of understanding the girl was lazy and did nothing to help. Then, once I get upset at that she hangs up because at this point I'm screaming its about my son. I am so leaving this place and finding another. I had to make another appointment and go through the same insurance mess and they wouldn't even take the information over the phone to save me the hassle. They used to be so helpful. I remember going there when I didn't have everything for insurance and they would call the provider and ask questions and get it done for me, now no such thing! if it was a half star that is what they would get. Very disappointed! Beyond belief! I know we should have insurance information available but if I don't have one piece of information the doctor office should be willing to help inquire on other ways to assist. Worst experience ever!!!! Will not be back after today.November 17, 2017by Tance Hart
