- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I typically have a positive experience at petsmart but not this location and their grooming service. My sweet dog has a lot of anxiety when going to the groomers and I always warn groomers. I was told dogs can't have any type of anxiety medicine before coming in which I complied. They took my dog back to have her nails trimmed and immediately called me to come and get her. Clearly the groomers are inexperienced at this location. The two groomers made my dog seem as if she was a problem versus showing her love and compassion in which she responds well too. The Groomers definitely need more training.October 03, 2017by J
