  I highly recommend Stephen Mitchell State Farm Insurance for your auto insurance. About a year ago, I lucked up and found this office while searching on google for a new insurance company due to frustration with my previous insurance company. My previous insurance company was constantly increasing my rates with no valid reason. We were with this other company for 10 years. I had called and emailed them asking for a policy review and nothing changed. They would tell me my rates were based on NC rates and that was as low as it would go. I am saving over $1000 a year now with State Farm! From the moment I walked into this State Farm office, I was impressed. Phillip was the first person to help me at the office and was so nice and explained everything in detail. He took his time and didn't make me feel like he was rushing me out the door to get to the next person. Everyone in the office was very welcoming and knowledgeable. They look in to every way they can help you with products and services offered by State Farm. It was really nice to have someone explain these things to me and the benefits to help me make a decision on what my family needs. They are in no way pushy and if you aren't interested in a service that is offered, no problem! We recently decided to increase our auto insurance coverage levels after getting a better understanding of how it works. This is something no one at any agency has ever taken the time to explain. I am thankful that Stephen took the time to explain this because we feel confident that our finances are protected in the event of a tragic accident. We also decided to refinance a car loan with them and the process was easy and fast. Brittany was a joy to deal with and goes above and beyond to explain and answer any questions you have. I have been with State Farm for a year as of this March and I have not seen my rates increase. Actually, they go above and beyond to review your policy to ensure nothing is missed so that you are not paying more than you should. This is something my previous insurance company of 10 years made a mistake on. They lost a customer with 5 cars with full coverage on 4 of them. State Farm treats you like family and not a number. My husband recently went in to the office with me for the first time and his exact words to me were that he was pleasantly surprised. He said the experience was painless unlike the experiences he had with other insurance companies. The employees in this office do an amazing job and always call back as soon as they can to answer any questions I have. They have outstanding customer service when you come into the office and the Agent, Stephen cares about his customers! These guys are a rare find and have earned a customer for life!!! Thank you for being such an amazing and hard working group of people!!!! If you just go in for a quote with these guys, you will understand exactly why they earned my business!

  I would like to recommend the Stephen Mitchell State Farm agency in Gastonia, NC. We had moved from Minnesota to North Carolina and our realtor recommended Philip Brown, who works for Stephen. Philip carefully converted all our policies from MN to NC and was very knowledgeable in getting us the best rates. Then Stephen came to our house to have us sign paperwork instead of us going to his office. Finally Stephen guided us through some life insurance changes that make more sense then what we had previously. I would recommend that you use Stephen's agency because of the extra care they give to their customers.
