- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪YOU PEOPLE ARE A FREAKING JOKE!!!! I have asked REPEATEDLY 6 YES 6 DIFFERENT TIMES FOR A NEW PERSCRIPTION FOR A MEDICINE I MUST HAVE. You guys keep on saying we will get your records AGAIN 6 DIFFERENT TIMES. I call my previous provider and SURPRISE SURPISE NO ONE FROM THIS OFFICE HAS REQUESTED IT. IT IS $35.00 DOLLARS FOR ME TO PICK UP MY RECORDS. IF I HAVE TO PAY 35 TO PICK THEM UP BC YOU GUYS WONT.... I WANT TO BE REIMBURSED!!!! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I personally wouldn't use this organization unless they were the only health care option available. Which was, unfortunately, the case. My elderly mom, who moved to Gastonia after she was already in her 80s doesn't have a lot health care options. Most private practices don't want anymore seniors because medicare doesn't pay well. So we are stuck with GFMC. They are slow to return calls and appointments run very long. I will however, say that once you get to a doctor, the quality of care seems pretty good.
