- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I really like Doctor Vacalis but the office is run so poorly that I'm going to find another doctor. My first visit with my two boys took almost three hours! Then when I had a medical question and left a message for the nurse I never got a call back (on two different occasions). My husband was billed as if he had no insurance even though he provided them his insurance card. I left the office today after waiting for an hour and never being called back or told why it was taking so long. Very disappointed because like I said I really like the Doctor but this is unacceptable.May 23, 2017by Tiffany Riddle
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Great overall experience. They can schedule you in rather quickly in a short notice. Wait is never long. Doctor Vacalis is very interactive and listens to the patient's concerns with great care. I've never felt rushed (something very common nowadays in Drs offices).
